Dr. Scott Sabella is the full-time TACE Center Director, and his duties include overall program administration and management, budget oversight and authority, oversight of the CTAT sub-contract, supervision of personnel, building networks/relationships, leading the Quality Assurance team, interacting with RSA, project planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. He is also a certified rehabilitation counselor. Scott’s direct service history includes work as a training manager, data manager, professional researcher, mental health worker, psychiatrist assistant, and a counselor for people with disabilities in a community based agency. Additionally, he has been a continuing education trainer and an instructor for courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and has participated in various rehabilitation research projects. He has a B.S. degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University, NY; M.A. in Psychology (Neuropsychology) from UNC; and Ph.D. in Human Rehabilitation from UNC.
